Grantlea 3 is located near Rangitata, midway between Timaru and Ashburton, and was converted in 2011.

Like the other Grantlea farms, it is a fully irrigated, grass-based system with in-shed feeding, Protrack and cow collars.

Grantlea 3 is contract milked by Dan and Casley, who joined Pye Group at Dialan 1 in 2023 before progressing to Grantlea 3 in 2026, continuing the role the Dialan farms have played in providing a pathway for people to grow into larger farming opportunities within the Group.
